Answers to Your Questions About Our Private Car Service

  • What if I Need to Cancel?

    We have a 100% cancellation fee that will be applicable should you cancel your ride request within 24 hours of the scheduled time. However, this fee will not be enforced if the airline has modified or canceled your flight. 


    We have a 50% cancellation fee that will be applicable should you cancel your ride request within 48 hours of the scheduled time. However, this fee will not be enforced if the airline has modified or canceled your flight. 

  • What if I Change My Flight?

    If you choose to change your flight, and it is not airline initiated we charge a $30 change fee. We will do our best to accommodate your new request, however if we cannot, it will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged the full amount.

  • What if I No-Show or Book Incorrectly?

    If you do not show up for your ride, or do not communicate with the driver or our office, a 100% no-show fee will be applied. 

  • What if My Flight Comes in Much Later During the Night-Time Hours?

    If your flight is delayed and now lands in our "Night-time" window (9 pm-5 am), you will be charged an extra $20 per hour and 20% for our driver to wait to take you to your destination.

  • Do You Provide Car Seats?

    Due to liability reasons, we do not provide car seats or boosters. You are welcome to bring and install your own, and most airlines allow your car seat or booster to be checked for free.

  • Do You Transport Pets?

    Most of our drivers allow pets to travel in their vehicle. It is $10 per fur-baby or whoever you cuddle with from the animal kingdom. It is up to each driver's discretion.

  • What Types of Vehicles Do You Offer for Transportation?

    As this is a private car service, our drivers who contract with Colorado Car Service use their own PUC compliant and licensed vehicles. We have a variety of gas and electric vehicles from Sedans, to Minivans to 3 row SUV's.

  • What Areas Do You Serve, and Do You Offer Both Local and Long-Distance Rides?

    We serve mainly the Front Range of Colorado but will also drive you to other areas of the state. Please call for pricing.

  • Are Your Drivers Licensed, Trained, and Background-Checked?

    Our drivers are thoroughly background checked and have their PUC license to drive for Colorado Car Service.

  • Do You Offer Pre-Scheduled Rides or On-Demand Services?

    All our rides are pre-scheduled. However, we try to accommodate last-minute requests as much in advance as possible.

  • How Far in Advance Do Passengers Need to Book Rides?

    As far ahead as possible, however, we try to accommodate last minute requests.

  • What Are Your Pricing and Payment Options?

    When making your booking, your credit card information is taken to secure your reservation. However, your ride is paid directly to the driver at the time of service. You may pay with a credit card, Venmo or Zelle. For the safety of our drivers, we do not accept cash for the fare, but cash tips are acceptable.

  • Can Passengers Request Specific Amenities or Accommodations?

    Yes, we do our best to accommodate special requests and accommodations. Please contact our office directly for more information.
